  1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Lotto Number Mate ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
  2. Description of Service The App is a lottery data analysis tool that displays publicly available lottery draw results, provides frequency statistics based on historical data, generates random number combinations, and compares generated numbers against draw results.
  3. Not a Gambling Service The App is NOT a gambling service. It does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the purchase of lottery tickets. It does not accept payments for lottery-related transactions. It does not guarantee or predict winning numbers. It does not connect to any lottery vendor or betting platform. The App is an informational and entertainment tool only. Any numbers generated are random and do not increase your chances of winning any lottery.
  4. Subscriptions Premium Subscription is available as Monthly ($2.99 USD) or Annual ($19.99 USD), or local currency equivalent. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings. Premium Benefits include ad-free experience, extended storage (up to 1,000 sets), unlimited number generation, and detailed statistics.
  5. Disclaimer of Warranties THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE the accuracy or completeness of lottery results displayed, the randomness or quality of generated numbers, any winning results from using the App, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  6. Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES FROM LOTTERY PARTICIPATION.
  7. Data and Privacy Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle data. All user-generated data is stored locally on your device.
  8. Intellectual Property All content, design, and code in the App are the property of the developer. Lottery results displayed are publicly available data.
  9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
