ScanMate ("the App") is developed and maintained by JuneLab.

ScanMate is designed with a privacy-first approach. While the App processes scan data locally on your device, we use limited analytics and advertising services to improve the product and support ongoing development.

A. Data Processed Locally (Private)

The following data is processed on your device and is not uploaded to our servers:

• QR code and barcode scan results
• Text extracted from images via OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
• Generated QR codes

B. Analytics and Advertising Data

To operate and improve ScanMate, we may collect limited technical data, such as:

• App interaction events: screen views, button taps, and feature usage patterns
• Device and app metadata: app version, OS version, language settings, and performance signals
• Advertising-related identifiers: IDFA (iOS) or Advertising ID (Android), where legally permitted and authorized by the user

2. How We Use the Data

We use collected information to:

• Understand usage patterns and improve product quality
